Chris W. Cox On The Elena Kagan "Gag" Rumor & McDonald NRA-ILA Executive Director Chris Cox talks to Cam Edwards on NRANews.com about an internet rumor stating that the NRA has a gag order on its Board of Directors for all topics relating to pending Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. Cox explains that while what he has seen of Kagan so far does not indicate her support for the Second Amendment, the NRA is simply sticking to its policy of waiting for the end of the confirmation hearings before taking an official position. He also discusses the negative vote in the McDonald decision given by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the first nominee of a president who has claimed to be a strong supporter of the Second Amendment.
